Is King's Thorn sold anywhere else other then by Ennix in Steamfont, with 131 Cha I am still dubious to her and she won't sell to me, I am a Wood Elf, is there a way to raise faction with her or am I going to have to break out my gnome mage?

I had to use my Vah beastlord. Was either indiff, or i used sneak.. It's been a while so i can't remember.

Dwarf cleric was dub as well. Think she is on rogue faction?

Check the poison merchants in PoK. I've seen King's Thorn on them before, but I'm not sure if it was part of their regular inventory or not.

You mentioned that you are a Wood Elf...are you a Druid by any chance? If you are and you have never taken any negative Gnome faction hits before, you can go Wolf Form and they would be willing to trade with you - it worked for my Half Elven Druid.

As a wood elf druid ~ I never took any faction hits with gnomes that I was aware of, but he would not sell to me in wolf form or normal. I paid a newbie gnome to buy for me as well. :P

I think she's on Bertoxx faction (SK/Necro). If you have an enchanter or friend just cast an illusion gnome and she should sell to you.

I dont THINK I have killed any gnomes but I always kill the Bloodsabers woman going into JP hmmm..

Anyway my BFs ogre warrior buys for me, it is easier LOL

King's Thorn

I have searched far and wide for another King's Thorn vendor to no avail. If you found some in PoK, it was likely sold by another player. As for purchasing from Ennixy, sneak works wonders, and you can usually find a ranger wandering Steamfont hunting either micro servo's or Meldrath's skull, if you can't find a young gnome willing to assist you.

I've not found king's thorn for sale anyplace outside of Steamfont. Ennnix was amiable to my vah shaman, but Meldrath and his pet minos are still scowls. (Been killing Halv, so she isn't on city faction either.)
Perhaps you should /feedback the cranky gnome and inavailability of king's thorn elsewhere. One would think the dark elves in PoK would have a supply, if nobody else did.

For awhile after PoP was out, I saw kings thorn on one of the poison merchants in PoK, but after they patched and redid the trivials on the ethereal temper and all that, the kings thorn was gone. (And I did check, several times on that merchant, was more than just something that was sold, looked to be normal stock until it got yanked.)

Plain gnome illusion won't work. Tried it on a druid friend who had taken no gnomish faction hits and she still remained dubious. I changed to gnome and had to use collaboration to get to apprehensive in order to buy. Even though I am an enchanter I worship Mith Marr so she may be dubious to all good religions.

I have my chanter twink cast Alliance on Ennix, and buy 4 or 5 stacks at a time. (Then I have my druid twink forage in EK while my main raids.)

Sneak works for my ranger. Won't sell to a prexus erudite, haven't checked anyone else.
