It seems for the Pure Blood spell you need to do a brewing part

In a brew barrel combine A Blackened Vial (drop in Nadex) + the broken skull clan blood (drop in Nadex off the Blackhands) + Gunthak Gulf Water (Foraged and dropped in Gunthak.) You get a Black Potion.
Then combine A Black Potion + Pure Blood (dropped off a Luggold Initiate in Nadox) to receive A Glowing Black Potion.
Hand in A Glowing Black Potion (Hail her first!)
Spell is no drop.
There have been reports of people failing it so I am curios as to what the trivial is for it
