New Grobb Quests

I talked to an npc near the brew barrel in Grobb...he says something about the trolls having good alcohol, and basically asks for a cask of "bog juse" I turned in 4 bottles of bog juice to no avail...has anyone else had any luck with this??

For every 1 bog juice I handed him I got experience. Mind you, it was an amount of experience that might make a difference to a level 1 froglok.

it must've broke overnight he still tells you he want some "bog juse" so I brew some up trying to get faction besides from the dar collector turn ins, hand him 1 unstacked, get a "Thank you for the bog juice, Sebilrazen", try 4 unstacked, seeing if it's a countered turn in, nope, same reply, tried 4 stacked too, no avail
