Moldy Tea Leaves?

This strikes me as a serious bottleneck for those of us who are (believe it or not!) just now exploring GoD zones and getting tons of Taelosian Tea Leaves. I've had my druid out there for hours, got plenty of leaves, and ginseng and mint and twigs (not to mention more than my fair share of hynid and cragbeast meat.)

But I've either got lousy luck or the Moldy Tea Leaf is rare beyond belief. Does this thing drop from any mobs at all, or anywhere outside GoD? Any advice about whether some zones (or spots within zones) are better than others to forage it with at least some regularity?

Had my druid forage in Natimbi while fishing and that is where I got all my moldy tea leaves.

All of the tea stuff seems rare apart from the leaves.
I tend to port my druid box to Barindu, equip foraging machette and hit the forage button whenever I remember while i raid or group with my main. I probably get 1 or 2 tea ingredients every couple of hours.
Can't remember if GoD mobs drop the tea stuff or just the leaves but the ones in SoD only drop leaves.

Its easier to farm for nostrums IMO and they have better stats.

Magelo doesn't seem to have logs of anyone looting a Moldy Tea Leaf (http://eq.magelo.com/item/58686). So, I'd most likely bet that it's foraged only. Alla lists several zones where it's foraged from (http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=27574). But those are from human reports and may not be as reliable.
