It is in the code request list. The list is not tiny! But that request is also not the lowest priority request either. (about in the middle of priorities)

I had an evil moment with Quinine today. I had some up for sale in bazaar for those who don't have high enough brewing skill to make Quinine. I just came back to find my trader (with AFK on!!) spammed by about 20 of the same question from one player, ALL IN UPPER CASE!!!
I told the player it's a rare drop off Krenshin.
Yes I'm evil but he deserves it for trying to have a very one sided conversation with someone who has AFK up.Grolyn Blacknife

You might want to check to make sure the stats part of the drink are working. I had one person tell me that drinking it didn't change their stats at all.Kzorith Dhorentoth, L80 Shaman of Luclin

Most people keep cheaper or more easily acquired drinks on them that they periodically drink, to keep the game from automatically drinking the stat drinks.

You are absolutely correct. Not even the hps/mana is working on these drinks at the moment.Silmare - Fu World Order - Bristlebane

The hp/mana/stats/resists all were working for me.
The reason you may not have noticed them working could be that you have Juice of Quellious so when you move these new drinks out of your "top" slot, the JoQ is becoming the top slot so the stats/hp/mana are not changing on your character.Shawlweaver Sphynx on Cazic Thule
