New Recipe Plains Dye

I have not found this listed anywhere so here it is.

Plains Dye

Combine Plains Roots (West Commanlands) and Water in Brew barrel to get one Plains Dye. It is trivial around 126 and sells to merchants for a little over 6 plat. I am assuming it for some kind of armor dying but I have not worked on those skills to check.
