Take 1 each type of port wine of his. (i.e faydwer port)
add in 2 vials liquified mana
add in 2 shots of hot sauce or two hot peppers
in cask.
Shake well- hope you don't blow up.
Distill with 4 bottles
Get 2-4 bottles of unstable wine brandy
Take 8 bottles unstable wine brandy
makes 1 cask unstable wind brandy.
Take 4 casks of unstable brandy
Add ghost powder from unrest= kill ghosts for this drop
add moon dust from Luclin - bought or spawn in any luclin cave
add two superior lichen spirits (superiorn gnome spirits).
Makes Brodder's Aged Explosive Drink 1 cask
Combine with bottles to get 8 bottles.
Combine bottle with rag in gnomish tool box +(shovel and torch and flint wheel lock igniter. = Launcher ) = launcher loaded range medium.
Effect on target if launched stacking fire dot (more bottles used the more it burns) can burn in vaccuum. Or use mini catapults to launch rag+ bottle (have to have a torch in one hand too).
If drunk best have alcohol tolerance over 200 or take internal damage if more than shot at a time, uneless yer a dwarf.

This recipe is a conession for his companion The GNome Mage Tinker Catbik who wanted a beverage that could double as a weapon for gnomes...fireballs with out mana and something that can really warm the toes and melt frost for them deep ice adventrures...

LOw to medium tinkerig and brewing skills for this quest...
Produce enough ammo for a rogue tinker army in an instance- blow away x number of goblins and orcs in a set amount of time from a safe ledge...safe that is until one of the gnomes says's "OOOPS" and ceiling collapses and causes a part of the heated celiling to fall and create a ramp upto your testing area...run out or clear all the gobbers and orcs first and save the lab techs.
I think ackanon can use 3-5 seperate lab instances where testing certain devices can be done- volunteer adventurers needed, with promise of at least a foot note in the the "Great big Book of Oops" if things go wrong...
Suggest each instance be for a set grouping of levels 1-10/11-20/21-30 . . . etc.
