Severed Feran Tentacle is the hard part.. The annoying thing, if I recall right, is that it is only 4 slot, so its not very useful for higher end combines.

I had mine for a short while. I used it for making prismatic dyes on the run (after firing the vials in Gunthak) but it had very limited use and would have ended up gathering dust so I put it on my trader. Sold it for 5k in just a few hours.
