Journeyman vs Expert perma bag

Yesterday I finished Journeyman evolving brewing trophy. I was lucky to be at 249 and not 250. I ran to Bazaar to get a permanent bag. All fine I now have a Journeyman Brewer Carry-All.

Wielding my new trophy I started to combine Kaladim Constitutional(s). I dinged 250, added the new title, inspected my now Expert trophy. I summoned a new temporary bag, Expert Artisan Satchel.

The name of the new bag is different from the old, Journeyman Artisan Satchel. Expert versus journeyman. When I try to make the new bag permanent I do get a message about LORE, but there are two different names on the carry-alls.

Do you guys know if this is intended?

You can only have one Carry-all for each TS, need to destroy Journeymans to make the Experts.
