  • Any easy +300 recipe ?

    Hi,

Would like to evolve my trophy to +15 % .. anyone know of a +300 recipe that uses only foraged and store bought components ?

    Thanks for the suggestions

The main two are brut champagne (if you have a ton of plat) or kaladim constitutionals (if you are able to farm the fungi in Kaladim).

Typically, every time I log in or out of my main character, I log in my enchanter for a bit to farm one spawn of the fungi and enchant a stack of clay for star ruby steins. It's a good way to max out two skills at once.

umm if you define forage as ground spawns that you can walk by and pick up, then kaladim constuntals should be idealistic. you only need to walk into kaladim and saunter over to the fungi farm and pick them up.

      hot mountain tonic (302)
      glacier mountain tonic (303)
      interplanar brain blaster (311)
      brut champagne (335)
      darkhollow constitutional (335)
      kaladim constitutional (335)

are the 301+ combines that you can use to skill up off of, the tonics need mountain tea leaves, the brain blaster needs kirin horns, the darkhollow needs 2 pozion sacks and a one time tinker, and the brunt needs a chanter. while the kaladim needs groundspawns and a one time tinker.

soooo by far, the kaladims are the easyest unless you have acces to a chanter, in which point it becomes a question of money or time.

      money
5 ish plat per 1 kaladim + cost of tinker hireing/cost of all kaladims made
      vrs
26 plat per 1 combine + price of hireing enchanter.

      time
hours on hours of pulling shrooms making random jokes to guildies/channals
      vrs
5.5 hours for the chanter to imbue 2k gold bars ( 2000*10/360 assuming mana is no problem)

but ya kaladims or brunts the choice is yours

The only real high trivial brewing combine added with PoR was the Juice of Quellious at 280. It requires 7 foraged items to be each separately brewed and then combined with a vial of viscous mana. It takes a long time to gather enough ingredients to make a significant tradeskill run with them. It does however yield a very nice stat drink that still sells for 100-150pp (at least on CT server).

I find it terribly sad that the only high level brewing combine in PoR relies solely on foraging (which most classes don't get) and even then it is below 300.

            Very sad :/

There are only 4 of the 7 components that are only found via foraging and 2 of those are so piss poor common its rediculous.

Rathe berries and Emerald Orange are the only 2 "difficult" to obtain foraged items.

How do you think recipes that used Vegetables (thinking baking atm) were before the combine was added to make your own veggies?

There have been combines in the past that depended heavily on foraged items, this is not a new thing.
