nope.

I have had skill 300 for a long time and did nothing different. Just camped out last night with one list of tasks and woke up this morning with a different list. Was pretty bummed out to since I did not check b4 I ran to do the turnins.

Um, those never were on the list. The ones you said are "new" were always there for the 300 level task.

They were there from day 1 of release.

All those recipes you listed have been there, and werent to hard to make. Most people had the sub combines for the surefall ranger juice already for combine on xegony.

The ston bean drink was replaced on the 250 level task with:

So now all you need to do is log in your alt forager for an hour or so to get some straggle grass.

If you can't forage then head to the bazaar. Straggle Grass shouldn't cost you more then 10pp, maybe 100 if everyone is gouging. Thats still much less then stone beans were likely to cost. If you don't see it at a decent price then just zone into Draniks scar and OOC that you need 1. Most people destroy them so it's quite likely someone will just give it to you free.

Don't know why you didn't have them before but I have had those items in my master brewers listing since about ten mins after the servers came back online after launch day.

Agree about the green rnager but considering how much easier brewing is compared to other skill in every other respect I can't blame the devs for putting in a recipe that challenges us a bit more than normal.

Haven't had the chance to log in to check, but the Database Submission forum has a post from after the patch indicating the Master (300) level task still requires the Stone Bean combine and the Hot Tonic was replaced? Can anyone confirm this disturbing news?

PS - if it's true, how can I delevel my brewing to 250? It will be immensely easier to relevel to 300 then to find a Stone Bean

I had all my 300 brewer's test completed except the one requiring the stone bean.
I logged in after the patch and the recipie had changed to Aldo's.
I ran my 24 druid over to Dranik's Scar, foraged up a Straggleweed and happily did the combine.

If your recipie is showing something different, I'd /bug it.

On FV at least, all three of the OoW forages used for brewing are available for 1PP each. They are far, far more common than stone beans. I've actually *seen* straggle grass.
