Slime Covered Planarian / Venomous Leech

I've worked just about every brewing combine existing to learn all of the recipes. Epics included., PoR Discluded....for now.

These items are fished and foraged, respectively in Lower Guk LDoNs, according to the data. I've spent a few days doing nothing but, to no avail. Can anyone confirm what instance (tree mission, upper guk - zone (gukA-E) that they have found these?

The items do show up in /buyer mode, but I've never seen anyone sell.

They produce:

A bottle of Dark Orcish Spirits (8=cask)

A bottle of Ancient Deathbrewed Wine (8=cask)

I've never foraged them in lower guk missions and I've done a ton of them, probably fished I'd guess.
