Comments -- "Okay" is a bit glaringly 20th Century Earth, not of Norrath, and Vegemite is a trademarked product....

Oh, and Skull Ale is Brodder's too? I seem to recall spending a fair while looking for an intact cyclops skull on the southern planes of Karana when I first read that.

2x Brewed 2x Stout Dwarven Ale
      Armadillo Simmer Ale
Bleeding Brain- came from talk with maddoc name stuck - combined effort here
      Boot Beer
      Brandy
      Egg Nog Xxx
      Elven Wine
most of the schnapps came about in a similar conversation with maddoc about the new expansion- my idea was gnomish spirits or superior gnomish spirits + flavoring instead of the spring water
steamfront spring water (from the steam vents in steamfront)
      Faydwer Porter
      Faydwer Schnapps
      Faydwer Shaker
      Faydwer Stinger
Frothy Frostbite this changed so many times from working recipe to non-working that maddoc or you finally came up with this final version
      Gruppa's Poppin Ale
Gruppas Fizzly-poppin Ale same as above but uses different version of fizzle pop
      Gypsy Porter
      Halfling Stouters
      Minotaur Hero's Brew
      Red Porter
      Ro Porter
Short Ale think this was my response to short beer and a new brew needed for my new recipes -especially as a starter to help the weird brews
      Skull Ale
      Skunk Breath Ale
Superior Lichen Spirits (also called superior gnomish spirits)
      Tail Kicker Lager
Thubr's Darkened Ale- maddoc's response to my underfoot brown being the best mushroom beverage in game- he thumbed his nose at me too at a fan event. This isn't mine but his spawned by an inside joke.
      Underfoot Brown
Vodka- Told maddoc Vodka was an easy distill, just distilled bad beer and this appeared one patch.
      Egg Nog
      Elven Spirits
Fizzle Pop & Fizzlepop two different item gurus a typo and no fizz rock meant two differing recipes that are so much alike that they should be one.
      Flask Of Berry Juice
Flask Of Fruit Juice (most other fruit juices evolved from these two)
      Malted Milk
      Root Beer Float
Soda Water ( solution to the missing soda-stone that was to be mixed with the steamfront vent water for fizzlepop)
      Stormguard Root Beer

NOne of the tempers or TEAS were my ideas, but I may have chatted with certain SOE-EQ people about them. I do have a NDA around here somewhere unless Hurricane Issabella ate that too (I'm still recovering from my losses there)

Casks of certain brews of mine plus zonebased beverages inspired by talks with certain EQ folks-http://www.eqtraders.com/recipes/recipe_page.php?article=223&rsa=Brewing&sub=LDON&s b=item&menustr=080030038000
You can see which here. Mostly under the table by this time- I was no longer contacted by upper management anymore for some odd reason.

About six sauce recipes I had input on. (Do you want my cooking and tinkering inputs too?)

      Brodder's Revenge

Brodder's Remedy <<-- corrected version of BRodder's revenge finally?? Does this work as intended now?

Veggie Juice- but I won't claim this publically and if any elf toasts me with this horrendous concoction I'm giving them to Cornflunk (V8 translated to EQ stuff).

Brewring diary pages are I, III, IV, V an VI

Page II was removed due to being too funny, and the effects on wood elves well... Pickled elf juice aka pucker juice was not as well received in Oggok as I thought it would be...seems elfs are more sour than the vinegar that went into the brew...and finding volunteers was hell.

Suggest the new pages be Page II or Brodder's Brewing Diary Secrets Volume II- and if the gnomes translate it into gnomish again...I'll make them drink the super kahlua and lock them in a small box and throw away the key.

So for a total anywhere from 39 to 45 recipes in brewing and cooking right off the top of my scanning. Maybe more.

With the newest recipes that will go over 50 I think. (Bean Beer, Bean Bear Light, Bean Beer Heavy with chunks, Blood sausage, Sour Bomb, whiskey sour (sour bomb + whiskey + shaker), simple syrup , and white russian (the kahlua + superior gnomsih spirits + milk) (needs a new EQ name and milk can be malted milk for more flavor!), kahlua was just the coffee beans symple syrup and gnomish spirits (or the superior) and distilled- it's all in the newest notes you had me rewrite and edit above this post.

So 50 Beverages is a good guess and that evolved about 20 more-
I had nothing to do with the teas or tempers or dyes...BLARGH TEA! GAH!
      SPIT!!!

speaking of Brodder's Revenge....I would love it if this could eventually actually "cure" drunkeness...I know that it's a coding thing, as drunkeness currently isnt a debuff like curses, poisons and diseases, with a certain # of 'counters'...but maybe one day, hehehe...

MAe honey, there's brodder's revenge and brodder's cure- the cure was the fix to the original recipe that added hot hot peppers to make it cure hangovers and drunkeness.

Suggestions on how drunkeness affects each person is different - Maddoc wasn't even sure back then and never told me. But they eventually made it affect wisdom too.

My suggestions of a cure-all was to remove diseases (A few counters, and several counters of drunkeness- at least enough to let a person work walk and be understood).

Now if someone combined Brodder's revenge and Brodder's Cure- I wonder what would happen...

Probably be explosive. Probably required for the new Brodder's Mug quest...

wonder if he needs these for a quest involving BRodder...

To finally activate the item you need to "GODSMACK" the runnyeye goblin king with the mug! Or some other sort of equal level Mob...

Got a feeling Ngreth is going to pull one on the dwarf this time...

Has Ngreth been seen in the company of a hairy footed godling, not she of red hair and heavy rolling pin, but that prankster.

I know Bristlebutt has it in for me...but at least Brell keeps him drunk enough to forget who he's supposed to be coming after...

And whirl till you hurl is a fine proc- testing it out on Brell himself back when RP events on Bertox were the norm- (we had a Dev who actually -played a dwarf and made a certain giant gnome's life hell...oh we had fun in those early days of EQ. And making me carry giant kegs of dwarven ale back to Kaladim from several locations (Karanas, that place off kithicor etc) all by myself until I got it all back to the beer vaults of kaladim and then the trial of Tumpy and his revealing his own new brews to compete wtih my own and losing the taste testing.

Double Brewed Double Stout Dwarven Ale won the day! and was declared the new holy water of the Dwarfs too!

Ngreth- PM me please let me know what's going on...it's driving me NUTS!!
Though I might need a new NDA (you'll need a new addy for that to be sent) last one ran out in 2005.

5 or 6 free hours? I started reading the first one "Looking For Love in Norath" at 8PM and am only to post #101 at midnight! After getting this far reading these posts on the link, I can confidently say that that you Brodder have associated with some very pleasantly demented folks. Thank you for linking these.
