Brut Champagne

I see people doing brut champagne for their skillups to 300 in brewing. I have a question. Does it take a champagne magnum for every combine? Or is it like a corking device?

One champagne magnum per combine.
Even in brewing a trivial 335 recipe with a cost of 2 gold per combine using store bought components is unthinkable.
