If you are a vah shir, there are other quests you can do that are tradeskill related. But NO quests which give truly free skill ups like abysmal sea. easiest way to skill up various skills, look at the *learn how to* (skill) things on the main site. very good skill up walkthroughs on most..
Brewing is the easiest & cheapest.. flask of water and fishing grubs (sold in POK at gnome near pitt bank) will take you to around 127, then Payala fruits and water to 187.. that's the cheapest fastest of any of the tradeskills.
