kiola nuts

I am doing the coldain prayer shawls and i need to get brewing up , preferably using kiola nuts , but unfortunately the vendor in OOT and all her buddies are KoS to me . Is there another vendor anywhere or am i lumbered with making a mule ? :?

Thanks . have moved onto skull ale now . and got guild friends foraging for my vegetables . all going well
