I havent seen i posted but Payala fruit may be picked up off the ground from under the trees with the turquoise (blue-green) leaves on top in Shadowweavers thicket. It is easy and they respawn really quickly. No forage skills needed.

They're situated in a great big huge circle, so that once you get done making the circuit, they're respawning and ready to be picked again.This item is a ground spawn:
