Tall Beer recipe

Hello, everyone.
I have recently begun working on my brewing skills and have had a request from a baking friend for tall beer. He said that they are needed for beer-braised bear and mammoth steaks. For the life of me, I cannot find a recipe for it anywhere. Does anyone here know the recipe? I would greatly appreciate any assistance.

Your friend was mistaken, he looked at the recipe wrong, AFAIK there isn't anything in the game called "tall beer", but there is however "short beer"

Very odd, someone on Cazic was looking for Tall Beer yesterday, in addition to mammoth meat and wolf meat. I wonder if some site out there posted an incorrect recipe?

Binelen's Succulence is an ingame book, there's the text to it mentioning tall beer.
And if you google "tall beer" everquest, you get a lot of hits.
