Etherial Temper....please help!!

ethereal temper 2 celestial essence, emerald tea leaf, soda tanaan brew barrel tiny, wt 0.1, all/all, stackable; used in the Planar Armor Quest

trivial 212, skill-restricted combine, cannot attempt until skill 220 (or until modified 220 skill from using a +brewing item)

Thats how its posted in the recipe section. Now my problem is, I cant find any info at all on where "Emerald tea leaves" come from....or if it is supposed to be AN emerald & A tea leaf.

If anyone knows anything about this, and could help me out, would be very appriciated.

emerald tea leaves are found on the merchant Sirekoth Eshe loc is (103, 280) just right outside the building where the brew barrels are in PoK.
