Despite being foolish and attempting my GM trophy at 232 and lucking out, I did finally finish off Brewing. The gods decided to be cruel to me on those last 2 points from 248 to 250, and make me make like 300 demi sec champagne 
heh. But it's done.
Now to blacksmithing. with some jewelcraft and baking mixed in to keep me from going insane
