recipe broken?

I haven't worked on trade skills in a while, but I just went back to make Tail Kicker Lager and the barrel is telling me that the ingredients don't combine. I used the recipe here:

2 lizard tails
malt
yeast
vinegar
water flask

At a loss. Any ideas?

Make sure the tails aren't stacked.

is the yeast really 'Yeast' or 'Wine Yeast'?

And confirm it is a Water Flask, and not a Pod of Water or Bloodwater.
