seems that this, and the other ldon brewing, are an attempt at giving brewers a chance at making potions, as well as the usual stat drinks.
all the ldon brews have the effect 'intoxication' which increases your runspeed (to about run1) for 10 minutes, and lowers your int/wis for a few seconds. and you can combine these brews 8 at a time into casks for, basically, an 8 charge potionComment
