New & Improved?

I just got my Grandmaster Brewer's Corker tonight. As I was looking at the text that Jolum the Gnome in the Bazaar was talking about, he mentioned something concerning a "New and Improved Grandmaster Brewer's Corker. His instructions are to take the old corker and place it in a brewing barrel with a corking device and "viola". Has anyone done this? I don't seem to be able to find any information about this anywhere. Or did I get some wires crossed and this is the orginal quest for "my" new trophy?

I'm sure someone can answer this better than me, but as I understand it the original GM trophies didn't summon a bag for you, but could be "upgraded" to do so. I ran into that same text when I went to Jolum to trade in my no-rent bag for a more permanent one.

I believe what you are referring to, as andaerice mentioned, is simply Jolum's instructions to anyone who received their trophy before the "new and improved" version entered the game.

For those of us who finished trophies after the upgrade, we can ignore that part of the text, as our devices are already "new and improved." Anyone who received their trophy before the upgrade should follow his instructions to get the new model.

That is 100% correct as you stated you just got your corker the other night which means you have the new improved one.
