Ground spawns in Innothule

[Oogha]

Does anyone have any tips or tricks to finding the ground spawns in Innothule Swamp? I spent about an hour running all over right after a patch and netted myself one entire Innothule Mushroom, I figure I'm doing something wrong. =D

The only ones I've found were near the Troll guards area, usually underwater, and often inside trees (duck and shrink, then walk into trees works sometimes).

I believe they are completly random spawns, and may even spawn in place of the many many wanderers in zone. But, for what it's worth, when I ran around collecting pieces for brewing zone essence I took notes. These are the locs I have in my notes.txt file:
