Anything getting you to 202 uses foraged items or fish fished from PoS so you can either skip these and go straight to Halas Meat pies or the 250 trivial items or you can hit the bazaar and see how cheap you can buy Mushrooms, Cinnamon Sticks, or Storm Salmon for. I recommend going with truffles though because mushrooms are just a lot easier to come by than the others.

If you skip the 202 trivial and plow ahead you have a lot of options to you. There is some debate whether Halas 10lb. Meat Pies are worth bothering with but at least you will gain something you would probably eat yourself and they really don't sell half bad. These will get you to 226.

If you want to skip the 226 trivial as well there are many things you can make that do not require foraged items.

Holy Cakes trivial at 242 but take some brownie farming (I've found Steamfont minotaur area the best for this just gotta wipe the entire area continuously).

Cheesy Anaconda Casseroles trivial at 250 and so do Anaconda Melts and Cheesy Griffon Casseroles but they take some farming in Jaggedpine which might actually garner you some XP at your level. You would just have to con someone into buying you some cheese from the vendors there.

If you are lucky enough to get your hands on some Tae Ew meat from the newer Cazic Thule all recipes involving those are trivial >250.

All PoP dropped item recipes trivial at >250 so if you vendor farm you could use these suplimental since you can't really hunt in many of the planes quite yet. You can hunt for swamp rat parts from PoD though to make Swamp Rat Crunchies. Others I suggest you search for on vendors are Vann Toes, Jord Meat, and boar meat.

Please before ANYONE begins to criticize keep in mind I am going with recipes that use absolutely NO foraged items in the recipe whatsoever. There are of course many other venues open to you but they require foraged items in one form or other. Some easy to get some difficult. It depends on how cheaply you can acquire these forages that will determine if you want to use those recipes or not.

    I hope I have helped.

If your prepared to spend pp then any of pop recipies are great.
I took that route to 250 as

      1) i hate farming
      2) I hate multiple subcombines

I did 250 baking with out making a single picnic or halas meat pie

I did storm salmon fillets till 202, I fished for some and hired people to fish for me.
past 202 I did Jord meat pies,Boar chops, Van toe stew
Hero sandwiches (yes i know a lot of sub combines but needed them for party platter anyway) etc.
I let guildies and friends know i was buying or taking donations for anyof these I bought from people in bazaar
It wasn't cheap but was fairly painless way to get to 250

IMO MTP is the way to go... at first it seems like a lot of subcombines... but when the recipies all yeild 10 for the subcombines... it takes me 20 mins to get all the ingredients and subcombines ready for 100 combines of MTP.... its not THAT hard and it only took me 2 weeks to go from 191 - 250 i averaged about 1-200 combines a day..
