Safe Spots for Fishing in PoN and PoV

I want to start stocking the bones for the Fisherman's Companion on my trader. I have 200 Fishing skill and I am a level 56 Ranger. I think I can fish safely in PoV at the water underneath the big ramps in the sky but if there is a better spot please let me know. For PoN, I am absolutely clueless. I've never ventured very far out and it seems like there are too many wanderers to fish at the stream. Any input would be appreciated, thanks.

EDIT: I really don't know what I was thinking...I am working on my Baking in-game right now, so that could have been why I posted this here...sorry, heh.

Safe PoN fishing spot at the docks: nothing paths there (so popular place to pull to for fighting, but folks usually don't mind people hanging out to fish too). The trick is getting there safely (I have every time myself, but someone in most groups seem to aggro SOMETHING )
