Forage wise? Nope! Only other way I know of to get fish eggs is via salmon that is indeed fished. Main one I can think of is Thunder Salmon fished from the Karanas. I am sure the recipe is located in the fishing section of the DB.{dead image removed by Ngreth at ulujain's request}
