I'm sure Bristlebane was paying attention to me the other day... I was just in the middle of congratulating myself on hitting 202 baking, when people started giving me mushrooms out of the blue. Over the last two days *so* many people have given me mushrooms, and I even got a custom character request offering to pay in mushrooms (since I hadn't updated my price list to exclude them yet, I am of course accepting them as payment). Where were all these mushrooms a month ago when I was 191? Funny, eh?

Well, regardless of when you're getting the mushrooms, at least you're getting them in spades. If nothing else, you can open 'Eriste's House of Ohabah Truffles'. I know I'd come, since I'm on Innoruuk too. Can't get enough of those luscious treats. ^_^Kitani - 44th Shaman of Shar Vahl

Well, pretty much I already have "Eriste's House of Ohabah Truffles"... well, I have a food trader anyway. Her name is Eriane, she's online all the time, and I'm lucky if I sell one food item per day (which is a shame, because I'm the only one selling Chocolate Muffins and Chocolate Marr Cherries). I also have the staples like Halas Meat Pies, Ohabah Truffles, and Fish Rolls, but people that are skilling up always put those up for sale in huge quantities for much less than the standard price, so I'm pretty sure those are going to sit on the shelf for quite a while (my next post will probably be about how I'm getting sued for selling an expired Halas Pie). :PEriste Ehrenvest

It always happens that way Eriste, I swear. When I was skilling up, I was dying for brownie parts. Chingwon promised and promised me he'd go hunt me a stack or so cause I was having rotten luck finding brownies up. Few weeks go by, I nag him every few days.... and out of the blue a casual friend hands me 3 stacks that he got while trying for iron oxide drops. Two days later, here comes Chingwon. <sigh>
And within 3 days of crossing 202 Baking, I received something like 18 stacks of mushrooms. It had just taken folks awhile to hear that I wanted em, save em up, and find me. :?

On my own server, I put up a large quantity of patty melts at double what the lowball guy was selling them for, and I still managed to sell more melts than the other guy had even had in his inventory (presumably after he either left or sold out, of course).

I have found also that when there is a glut in the bazaar if I take some pies and hide them in the bank for a few days the skillers sell off thier stuff and then my regulars come back on the weekend.

Yup, Annu's Fish roll stand still sells fish rolls priced at 1pp each, even when Fishrollz is selling them for 7g 2s each (dunno how he came up with that price.) I just make enough to total 200 (one traders satchel full) every couple of days, and I usually sell out of them on the weekend days, and thats just with leaving my toon logged in while I am not playing (don't have an second account.).

I'm sure this will happen to me too. I'm at 196 and trying my best to kick out truffles for my last 4 points (for now) and can never find more then trivial amounts for sale in the bazaar (3-8 usualy). I run around in pok and such going places hoping I'll catch a non tradeskiller with some by auctioning 100 pp a stcack, but with very little luck :?

I leave my foraging on auto unless I’m in combat, so I usually end up with stacks of mushrooms if I spend any amount of time on the moon. My baking skill is 210 now, so I drop them on my vendor for 5 gold each. I had trouble selling truffles for 1pp each, so that’s the most I feel comfortable selling the mushrooms for. They sell rather quickly, so I don’t know if the shortage of mushroom in the bazaar is due to nobody selling them or because they get bought up so quickly.Pait Spiritwalker

Spare mushrooms
If your on the Innouruk server send my baker a tell if you see her online. Her name is Ahlyssa. I still have at least 1 or two stacks of mushrooms in the bank and I spend most of my time on Luclin so I tend to forage them quite abit. I'll give them to the first baker to send me a tell.Motaris Crimsonwood - Cleric Of Mithanial Marr

Actually recently....
Ive been having more trouble selling off Halas Meat pies than Ohabah Truffles. I woke up this morning with 170 fewer truffles (at 1 pp per). Yet the same amount of Halas Pies (at 5 pp per, matching the people dumping).Feoni [Ytrilynth's Horde]
