baking 191 to 250 on mtp's

i don't ussually post in general forums. but i've taken tons off this forum so i figured i'd give you some numbers.

i skilled from 191 to 250 on misty ticket picnic baskets. took about 3 days.
my intelegence was 300.

parts are all vendor bought but fruits,vegetables,brownie parts,eggs.
witch i found in bazaar and from guildies very easily.

0 to 191 don't remeber doing this was very faqst skill up to here.
mostly pattyy melts.

200 combines = 5 skill ups to 196
200 combines = 3 skill ups to 199
200 combines = 3 skill ups to 202
200 combines = 5 skill ups to 207
200 combines = 4 skill ups to 211
200 combines = 11 skill ups to 222
200 combines = 9 skill ups to 231
200 combines = 5 skill ups to 236
200 combines = 2 skill ups to 238
200 combines = 9 skill ups to 247
154 combines = 2 skill ups to 250 !!

so 2154 combines to get from 191 to 250 on mtp's P

i had gearloc up to 238 then took it out of hand.
my succeses was not good untill about 209.
but i was happier when i failed less junk to sell.

Gratz. It is one of the routes to go. I am doing similar, throwing in Justice fruit pies when my friends give me the fruit (not paying 44p for fruit in the bazaar when the finished product is barely selling for 50p)

I have done so far -

200 combines MTP = 8 skill points from 207 to 215
40 combines JFP = 1 skill point to 216
200 combines MTP = 7 skill points to 223

Now if only people would buy the stuff so I can have an empty bank to make some more

Personally I did truffles to 202. Then from there I used up my store of about 40 wolf and mammoth meats making halas meet pies. That took me to 216. Been slowly selling those off but still have 4 or 5 backpacks full pies.

Then did some assorted other combines, some pop, some JP and those took me up to 219.

Been doing MTP's since and have now hit 227. Slowly but surely getting there. Been doing mtp's in batches of 200 also with a mule to hold the components once i've done the subcombines.

Baking 191 to 250

It took about two weeks of lunch hours and odd chunks of time here and there. I purchased all my ingredients in Shadow Haven or the Bazaar, and other than the couple stacks I traded for C3, sold all my finished Picnics in the Bazaar, thereby turning about 20k profit overall. Of course, my profit was immediately converted into a Bracelet of Sense and Emerald Dragonscale BP to get my WIS up.


*I didn't bother counting combines, but I bought two full, 10-slot backpacks of (foraged) Vegetables to start and had 22 veggies and 6 JumJum Salad left when I hit 250. With the 5% failure rate I was probably closer to 3400 combines.

2000 MTP combines is actually ALOT more combines than that. you have to make each of the parts also
You have to make the basket (3 combines for that)
You have to make the beer (1 combine)
You have to make the sandwich (2 combines)
You have to make the salad (1 combine)
You have to make the mints (1 combine)
You have to make the cheese (1 combine)
You have to make the cake (3 combines)
Then slice the cake (1 combine) (need to do 2 times so actually 2 combines)

This will give you 10 attempts so 14 combines for 10 MTP attempts. So 2000 combines is actually 4800 combines (if my math is correct you have to do the previous combines 200 times so 200*14 = 2800 + 2000 = 4800 am I correct?)

Hehe, this makes me feel a little better.

Yesterday I did 600 combines and got 12 skill ups, going from 210 to 222 at a rate of 50 combines per point with 330 wisdom.

I thought I was having horrible luck. Now I see its more like average luck. :?

Interesting results on skill ups...So far from 198 or so to 216 I've been averaging 20 combines a skill up on Halas 10lb. Meat Pies.

So far I've done 800 MTP combines, 255 int + geerlok, started at 208 skill:

200 combines to 218 = 10 skillups
200 combines to 229 = 11 skillups
200 combines to 233 = 4 skillups
200 combines to 236 = 3 skillups

And actually, if your not KoS in Rivervale you can probably buy the beer there from somebodys brewing session. I havent made beer yet and have 600 more on a mule just from vendor mining there.
