The recipe lists Gray Ice...note the slight name difference. It's "Gray Colored Ice." Also, the name of the result is not Spinefish Poison Extract, it's just Spine Poison Extract.
Ground Spawn at approximately +815, -2425, on top of a very tall peak in Frontier Mountains. Unless someone else was there to pick it up after me, the spawn time on it is more than 2 hours. I couldn't find a /loc for it anywhere else, so figured I'd post it here. Expect a trivial update in the sticky thread when I can actually succeed at the recipe...
Edit: Went back after 10 hours and the ground spawn had reappeared. So, somewhere between 2 and 10 hours
