The cookies are summoned by GMs or guides, along with milk on occasion. The milk is no rent, but the cookies are not.

The cookies are supposed to be no rent, like gnome sandwiches, voltrans ale and that milk also. Sold by Llara in cshome. small bug.

edit. they are now no rent. like they should be.
