Oie! What a trip this has been. I was in EQ from the beta days and quit a couple of months before they dropped the moon on Norrath. I was a trade skill freak even back in those days so when I came back last month and saw what they added I jumped right back into my baking.

I took it slowly, never really power baking just to get points and had some fun doing it. The spoon was another subject but that will come later:

Phew.... I blew 2 attempts on spoons at 245 and 240. Finally succeeded right after hitting 250. What was weird is that I got 249 and 250 when I put everything in the oven, closed it, opened it again and hit combine. Strange.... It happened on 249 and as I was clicking toward 250 I tried it just on a whim. Doubt it means anything but it was a very weird coincidence...

This by no means ends my baking carreer. I'm making good coin on MTP and plan to keep supplying the hungry of Quellious server for a long time to come.

would like to know where and how you got so many griff and snake meat. i spent two days in jaggerpine and only got half stack of snake and one and half stack of griff meat. whats the best route to buy by the tons. thanks

ps...i took 2 years off from eq. when i went back to fv server (current server) i was a little sad that they nerfed the smithing skills i left for real world mission four months after the server open and was at 180 skill. its harder to skill up on smithing. for baking thou was lil jealous that they made it easier to level up fast. old school we had to farm brownie parts and cinnimon sticks/pixie dust. now you just need knife and meat and coffee hehe. wonder if they going to increase the tradeskills to 300 on next expansion. thanks for your input

Well I spent a whole lotta time in JP. Enough for 8 AA points actually. It's sad that I hit 56 and most everything is light blue now because I love the zone and I'm having problems finding a new solo haven.
