Prepared Fish

So....is there a recipe that uses prepared fish? Or even a good use for the fish bones (of fresh fish, i am aware of the fishing companion quest)? I found nothing other than what I used them for...i.e. raising fishing skill ever so slowly

Fish bones can be made into Fish Bone Darts with fletching I believe.
