This may be simply a case of bad RNG but it seemed pretty out of place. In working on baking I was getting skill ups about every 5-10 combines with occasional streaks of 20 or so without a skill up. But I started to do storm salmon combines to get to 200 and was doing them in a collapsible spit so that I could do them right there while fishing. Well I went like 80 combines without a skill up. Then I took 22 to the oven in PoK and got 3 skill ups. I know from having almost every tradeskill at or above 200 that the RNG can suck and that it seems the exact skill of 191 is the worst to get the next point at, but 80 combines without a skill up seemed crazy on baking. So I was just wondering if anyone else had experienced a lack of skill ups using a collapsible spit.

Collapsible Spit broken?

I have seen the same luck whether in a collapible spit or in an oven. I had terrible skillups making Halas Meat Pies in my 190's (average was 40 combines per point - 80 combines for the first; 40 for the next, then 20 each for the last two)
I then made Griffon Melts in a collapsible spit to go from 199 to 203 and it was 42 skillups per point; so I don't think the collapsible spit is broken - the RNG is just mean.Aiell Wolfebrother

This is common. Often seen it refered to as the hell levels. I've seen posts where it has taken people hundreds of combines to see any skill-ups from 191-192.239 Baking
