Is combined in a brew barrel with a Water Flask to make Shar Vahl Essence.

If you ever feel like training up your brewing skill you can do so fairly easily. Combine one water with one fishing grub in a brew barrel. This can take you to 122 skill. And fishing grubs are sold by a little gnome guy stand on a porch across from the evil entrance in the plane of knowledge. Then you can gather more payala fruit and combine that with water to take your skill to 187. There are faster ways to raise your skill than gathering the fruit, but you won’t find a cheaper one.
