Wheredo you get this for the trophy ? you need seal and dairy spoon, but it doesn't say where or how to obtain it. =(

Dairy spoon: scaler mold, 2 metal bits, flask of water. Trivs at 74 smithing.

Because it's fairly cheap to make, some smiths skill up on it, so check NPC merchants near forges, they may have one. If they do, it's sold for like 2gp.
