Are there any recipes for these fish?
Can these be caught in all waters of Felwithe?

Yes, somewhere in Felwithe...

Apparently they CAN be caught in Felwithe - although I've never had one from the pool that's opposite the cleric guild, so you could try the area next to the bridge near the Felwithe zone-in (where all the guards hang around) or the pool in Southern Felwithe (where the caster guilds are). My lack of Koada Cichlid at the pool near the cleric guild may have been due to my skill being quite low at the time - I don't know, but I did spend a lot of time fishing from that pool while raising my skill and didn't see one...

As for recipes - I'm not sure on that one. With most fish you can make at least 1 prepared fish + 1 fish bones - that would be listed in the fishing sections I think.
