...but where can I get the recipe and triv info for the trophy. I know this is a newbie tradeskilling question, but do you have to have AA to get above 200?

You can get any one skill over 200 from lvl 1.

So Baking can, so long as you don't have another tradeskill over 200.

To get another skill over 200 you need NTCM AA.

Keep in mind, even for a relatively inexpensive skill like baking, expect to spend at least 15k for that trophy.

Not to mention weeks of combines and many many in game hours scrounging for ingredients
