Did anyone see a foul smelling sandwich or some such? Maybe it was a sandwich of foul smelling herbs.... wish I remembered the exact name.
A guildie linked one for sale in bazaar, it was +5 stamina and +50 hitpoints I think, or similar stats, miraculous.
