If the item is in the live part of the lucy database, then somebody found the item in game on a live server and submitted it, unless somebody is link farming again which is supposed to be impossible now. Lucy's item database is not like her spells one and cannot contain "verant joke" data.

Yes, Yakatizma's Shield of Crafting was a lot more common before they made Vulak into a ring event.
