I believe many vendors in ShadowHaven carry it in stock.

I'm not CERTAIN though, since I've got SO much baked food, and so few alts who get skillups from steaks and such (gotta love pinemeyer pasta) that I've lost track of which meats they sell.

Wolf meat isn't sold by any vendors as standard stock. Mordin, RV and such end up with it because players sold it to them. Since there was a patch today probably hasn't been sold to those vendors by players yet.

I'm assumnig that you need the meat for halas meat pies. Just head out to Everfrost and kill a few wolves... 10 fillets per meat. Never takes me more than a few mins to get all I need.

Since mammoths are in same zone, makes sense to knock them both out at same time.

Mammoth Meat...if you're at a level that can hunt in EW, there's a ton of mammoths there. Not super high drop rates, but I usually get a minimum of 1 meat per every two kills. There are a ton of aggro mobs, even to a level 55, so be careful.

Wolf Meat...just scour thru the merchants in EC. In less than 15-20 minutes, I got 2 stacks off the vendors.

Other good sources for wolf meat include Rivervale and Plane of Knowledge.

My best source of Mammoth Meat is friends their 40s who I buff and send after mammoths in Eastern Wastes, although I have sometimes managed to find low levels in Halas who will sell them to you if you shout long enough.

I hunt mammoths in everfrost. Not only do you get your meat, but bring a container or 2 that hold giant items. The tusks drop as well, about 10 plat when sold to npc vendor.

and on the run back to halas, have fido kill all the wolves, spiderlings and bear cubs you encounter.

about 3 hours will bag ya plenty of meat and enough tusks to make the trip worth it (even if you donated for kei or a port)

Wolves in Qeynos Hills and Mammoths in Everfrost have been my best source for meats for Halas pies. In about 2 hours in Everfrost I think I left with about 25 mammoth meats and got the same amount of wolf meat in Qeynos Hills in less than a half hour.

I've found that I've gotten more mammoth meat from the mammoths in Eastern Wastes than in Everfrost, because there's usually only one other hunting them, if no one at all. In Everfrost, you have to compete with the others going after them for exp/tusks. In about a 2-3 hour run, I usually get about 2 stacks.

i guess that all depends on what time you play. Prime time you have others to compete with regardless of where you hunt.

if you play during off hours, go for everfrost, more profitable. If ya gonna farm stuff, make some plat while doing it.

                            Wolf Meat

These are not vendor sold, just check around the major cities and you should be able to find some

                              Draelon...

Sorry, but no. He carries 6 types of meat that are always in stock, but Wolf Meat is not one of them. Like the posts said above, if you ever find wolf meat (of any quantity) on a vendor, it is because it was sold to him/her by a player.
