I believe there is a gnome in the Bazaar (or somewhere close) that you can give the No-Rent Grandmaster's Satchel to and he will give you the real one. I forgot his name.. ops:

The spoon has a right click effect of Summon Grandmaster's Satchel, which summons a No-Rent, 100% WR (? not sure on WR) bag. You can give the Summoned bag to an NPC (forget name) who will give you a permanent bag with the same stats in return. It's pretty cool.

I believe the gnome's name is Jolum. Its been awhile since I've turned mine in. He's on the second floor, out on the balcony of the center building in bazaar.

The NPC is a SOB to find - goto the top floor of the building in the bazaar and then look at the wall that faces the front of the bazaar - there's an opening that goes out onto a balcony - the gnome on the balcony is the guy you give the no-rent bag to in order to get a rentable one - he also sells a boatload of wizzy summoning spells.

For some reason (obviously, SOE's logic does not resemble our Earth logic), the gnome also has a nice 29th level cleric healing over time spell that is not listed on the Caster's Realm cleric spell list.

Another thing, why does it say you can use it in the ammo slot, but you don't get the stats if you do?

Sounds stupid.
