I farmed all the pieces with * before I went to CR. And it took a lot of bank space to do this all at once, but I used an old druid to get all the stuff so didn’t have anything important in bank.
Then, when you get to hobgoblins you gota go to PoK, so I’d just get everything else done in CR run to PoK and to the finish there.
You’ll have to look up the individual combines but I’m sure you’d wanna do that anyways.

Treant hearts have less than a 2% drop rate in Blightfire according to Magelo tracker. Much faster to kill the Rotwood treants in Goru'kar Mesa, which have around a 20% droprate and the possibility of dropping 2. Took me an hour to farm 12 there, much of which was waiting on respawns.
Biggest bottleneck is the foraging, the Three Oak Acorns are very rare. Got one in an hour so far. At this rate it will take me much longer to get the acorns than all the other components combined.
