I bought some stuff to start baking,and I went to the Oven to start Baking,except it wouldnt let me,said I lacked the skill,where do I go to start it up ?

"lacked skill" does not mean you are prohibited from doing the recipe. It means you failed. You can try the same thing again, and you will learn from your failures, gain skill and have more success.
A common, cheap beginning recipe is Fish Rolls. The trivial is 135, high for a beginner, but this just means you fail a lot. The components are so cheap and easy to get that it really does not matter if you fail. The recipe is Fresh Fish plus Bat Wings, one of each. Both of these can be purchased from a common merchant, or if you wish, you can skill fishing at the same time and catch your own fish. -
Speaking of fishing. There are boar carp fished in Crushbone what can make miricle food and doesn't have a very high trival iirc.:-) And after fish rolls are trival you can make lemon pies untill 200 i think.Comment
