Hello,
I was just wondering if anyone had noticed if there was a difference in success rates when items are combined in a spit versus an oven. I seem to remeber way back when I was making fish rolls having a feeling that I was having a worse sucess rate when I started making them in a spit. Since all of my non-trivial combines recently have been on Halas pies and Misty Thicket Picnicks I of course have been forced to use an oven, but I am still curious about this. Has anyone noticed any difference?
My question has been rekindled in my mind because I am curretnly 236 and I am attempting to make the run to 240 tonight so that with a geerlok I max out my chances on my trophy. I will make the combine in an oven just to be safe, but I am still curious. I am really excited / nervous, because I only have one artisan's seal that was given to me and I really dont have the resources to purchase another one should I fail.
