If you can't find a recipe for bat meat on the main EQTraders Baking Recipes page (or the LOY and POP baking recipe pages), check the newbie armor quests on the EQTraders Quests page for the zone where you found the bat meat.

I still have no-drop Bat Blood I can't find a use for, found on lvl 40 bat in SolB... though in 1000 other bat kills I had never seen it, hehe.Newb Tradeskiller Extraordinairé.

I Aslo found Bat Blood in Sol B.
By the way these are both no drop.
