I was able to get my trophy to 6/7 last night and my baking skill to 299. I did another 150 combines but was unable to get any % on my trophy. Do I need to get to 300 skill before it will start to evolve again. I was thinking that you could gain skill 1 over what you were at. So if you were expert you could get % into 6/7 towards 7/7.

You are 1 skill over where you're at.

need to have 300 skill in order to do final stage evolution on trophys, and will take roughly 8 successful combines / % point of evolution ( from my experience with poison trophy )

Ok thanks guess I was mistaken. I will finish my 300 skill tonight and then maybe work on getting a rolling pin.

No you arent. You're at th 250-299 stage... thats stage 5.

Yes, Ebine was in stage 5 range of skill, thus trophy could evolve to stage 6. needs to be in stage 6 skill to get trophy to stage 7 ( 300 skill to evolve it further )
