I did a search but found no answer, where can I find Shark Fin? Is it fished, foraged, or killed and where?

Not just instances, while working on my hand aug quest in the non-instanced area of Deadbone Reef, I had 4 of the normal Shark Fin drop from 9 of the sharks I had to kill to get my "collect 7" drop.Comment
