Butter and Cream - A Cheesheads View

I have a minor problem with this recipe for butter.

Any Wisconsin boy worth his salt knows that milk+rennet=cheese not butter.

You just need to put your cream in a churn (A tinkered item perhaps?)

And Benzoin has absolutely nothing to do with seperating cream from milk either.

When the cheese and butter police move from Wisconsin to Norrath you can take the lead. It is a computer game so you will have some artificialities, for instance in real life stacks of fresh fish don't stay fresh fish when sitting in a backpack for the last 7+ years, but sure enough they are still just fine. =)
