I have a minor problem with this recipe for butter.
Any Wisconsin boy worth his salt knows that milk+rennet=cheese not butter.
You just need to put your cream in a churn (A tinkered item perhaps?)
And Benzoin has absolutely nothing to do with seperating cream from milk either.
