  • What would be used to make a stat food item with AC?

I see alot of items with hps, mana, resists etc., but none with AC and other effects.

What would be a good recipie for something with AC?

Should it include fiber, vitamin C, Iron, milk (with calcium), dragon's blood? What could make your skin or scales tougher?

I was just thinking about this the other day, mainly about how BB challenge doesn't have any AC on it, sure would be nice for use AC freaks to have some food w/ AC on it.

Really doesn't make any sense for food to give you AC though... I mean other than that you gain from agility increases, AC is bascially armor you wear. And you don't wear food. Or drink. Unless maybe you're a dwarf.

I suppose it depends where you keep the food, I could see beef jerky adding some ac or hardtack.

Yeah the more I think of it I like the idea. Basilisk meat or eggs would be great.

Brell's Basilisk Brisket (basilisk meat + spices + sauce in a smoker)
Brell's Basilisk Breakfast (basilisk eggs x 2 in non stick frying pan, 4 pieces of toasted bread, 2 pieces of basilisk sausage (basilisk meat in snake skin)).

Stonefruit and Lava Pears would also be good items to look at if you wanted Stat Food that gave AC.
